Johns offers accessible service for residents that are temporarily or permanently disabled by reason of a physical condition or medical problem and have nobody in their household or anyone providing in-home assistance that is able to move the carts for them. This accessible service is not available to someone that is elderly but able to move the carts. In order to qualify for this service, a resident must submit a completed Accessible Walk-up Service Garbage and Recycling Collection Request Form, which must be submitted to City Hall. Forms can be mailed to City Hall (500 Genesee St, Delafield, WI 53018) or emailed to the Clerk's Office (clerksoffice@ci.delafield.wi.us). Forms must be updated and resubmitted annually to remain eligible for this service.
